Opportunity Zones have emerged as a transformative economic development tool, providing a new incentive to place much-needed capital into distressed communities. They also offer investors opportunities to defer and/or reduce their tax liabilities. With the designation of Opportunity Zones and issuance of Treasury’s clarifying Regulations, industry leaders will advise how to effectively navigate Opportunity Zones and use this tax incentive to spur investment in low-income areas.

Join the discourse to hear what the experts in NYC are thinking on how to act upon the Opportunity Zone legislation. This conversation will be highly relevant to fund managers, individual investors, attorneys, private wealth advisors, impact investing professionals and real estate developers. It takes place on Monday, October 22, from 8:30-11:00am. Continental breakfast will be served.
