They also offer investors opportunities to defer and/or reduce their tax liabilities. With the designation of Opportunity Zones and issuance of Treasury’s clarifying Regulations, industry leaders will advise how to effectively navigate Opportunity Zones and use this tax incentive to spur investment in low-income areas.
