Dmitriy Ioselevich

Dmitriy Ioselevich is the CEO & Founder of 17 Communicationsa mission-driven marketing and communications firm specializing in the ESG, impact investing and sustainable finance space.  As the leader of 17 Communications, Dmitriy sits at the center of the conversation around sustainable finance, helping different stakeholders communicate with their target audiences and develop a shared understanding of goals, needs and challenges through a combination of communications, advocacy, research and education. 17 Communications exclusively works with clients whose services or values are aligned with the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact (UNGC) and/or the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).


Emma Jenkins


Emma Jenkins is a manager on CDP's Capital Markets team and has an MBA in Sustainability from Bard College. Emma spent her early career working in education for sustainability, which ultimately inspired her to dedicate her career to propelling a low-carbon economy. She has experience supporting financial services companies through their sustainability reporting process and using ESG analysis to advise individual investors on how to take ambitious action on climate change. In her current role, Emma works with various capital markets stakeholders to reduce their financed emissions and achieve net zero by 2050 through science-based targets and incentivizing their clients to develop ambitious climate transition plans.  Emma is also on the board of the Kingston Land Trust.

Tammy Lin

Tammy Lin has a dynamic, diverse career spanning across 3 continents and 5 industries serving a range of clients from education and retail to professional services and the United Nations. Tammy speaks 5 languages and has added value to her clients by solving problems leveraging her communication, project management, and data analytics background. In her various capacities in both public and private sectors, Tammy has assessed how to align business needs with solutions to chip away at our shared global challenges. Tammy received a dual degree from the University of California, Irvine studying Business Economics and International Studies. She also earned her Master of International Affairs degree in Finance from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA).

Brian Mizoguchi

Brian Mizoguchi is a Senior Financial Advisor and Portfolio Manager at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Brian leads a New York based team focused on providing ESG/Impact Investing asset management, financial planning, and private banking services to individual, institutions, and businesses. At BAML, he is heavily involved with the Emerging Growth initiative, which advises the next generation of technology businesses, private market investors, and social enterprises, and is on the leadership committee for My Environment, Bank of America’s ESG advocacy group. Prior to joining Merrill, Brian worked at ING. Brian holds a degree in Economics from Hamilton College.


Tim Sterling

Tim Sterling is an investment-banking associate in the Leveraged Finance Group at J.P. Morgan. Prior to attending business school, he served four years as a commercial real estate consultant with Metropolitan Valuation Services and has consulted on numerous affordable housing developments within the New York metropolitan area, including HUD Section-8 and HPD 421a program participants. In addition, he previously held an analyst role with Goldman Sachs and served in the United States Coast Guard. He earned his BBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio, graduating summa cum laude, and received his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
