Have you heard the term " Opportunity Zones" and been interested to learn more? Are you an impact investor already in the OZ & place-based investment space? Wondering how COVID is going to have an affect on OZ investments?

Join Impact Capital Forum online at 2pm EDT, June 30th, for a fireside chat with Steve Glickman, one of chief architects of the original OZ legislation to glean valuable insight into the evolving landscape of OZ's during COVID, changing tax filing extensions etc. The IRS has extended deadlines for our tax filings, 1031s, and Opportunity Zones. But what do these extensions really mean for our Opportunity Zone deadlines? Will the government be issuing any more extensions? Has this stalled progress towards improving the most economically distressed communities in the U.S.? Hear from the OG of the legislation himself, Steve Glickman.

Our speakers are:

  • Steve Glickman is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Develop LLC, the nation's leading advisory firm dedicated to building and supporting Opportunity Zone Funds seeking to positively transform low-income communities across America. In addition, Steve is the Co-Founder and former CEO of the Economic Innovation Group (EIG), a bipartisan research and policy organization in Washington, D.C. focused on addressing economic inequality through the creation of a new marketplace for private equity investments in distressed communities.
