Impact Capital Forum is pleased to host a webinar about estimating the financial effect of climate change and climate-wise strategies for impact investment. It will take place Thursday, June 11th, 2-3 pm.

The discussion will cover:

  • Climate change impacts and financial estimation
  • Incorporating climate risk into financial decision-making and developing climate strategies
  • How you or your firm can invest in climate resilience


Our speakers are:

  • Therese Feng, Vice President of Research at the Climate Service. The organization uses world-class science and technology to help measure, monitor and manage the financial impacts of climate on businesses and investments. Therese brings twenty years of experience in finance and prior research in environmental economics and policy to her role. Prior to the Climate Service, she was Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Risk Management at Jefferies where she led firm stress-testing and country risk assessment for fixed income. Before this Dr. Feng provided methodological support on credit risk modeling at Morgan Stanley.
  • Stacy Swann, CEO and Founding Partner of Climate Finance Advisors. Ms. Swann has more than two decades of experience in finance, fund management and development, including with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) where she was Head of IFC’s Blended Finance Unit and was responsible for managing and investing more than $750 million in donor funding for climate-smart investments. She is currently Vice-Chairperson of the Board for the Montgomery County Green Bank, the United States’ first county-level green bank, and she sits on the board of the Women's Council on Energy and Environment.
