Impact Capital Forum is excited to host an online discussion with Martin Whittaker, CEO of JUST Capital. The webinar will take place April 15, 2pm EDT. It will explore:

  • Stakeholder Capitalism - Seeking Societal Progress by Measuring Corporate Responsibility
  • How America's Largest Employers are Treating Stakeholders Amid the Coronavirus Crisis (see this timely report)

JUST Capital drives ethical corporate behavior by measuring, ranking, and engaging companies on the issues Americans care about most. They produce a well-known ranking, the "Just 100", published annually in Forbes, to highlight companies that perform best across five stakeholder issues: customers, communities, workers, shareholders and the environment. The organization was founded by a group of concerned people from the world of business, finance, and civil society – including Paul Tudor Jones II, Deepak Chopra, Rinaldo Brutoco, Arianna Huffington, Paul Scialla, and Alan Fleischmann to create an economy that works for all.

Martin Whittaker is the founding CEO of JUST Capital. He is also co-founder and Board member of the CREO Syndicate, a family office investment network; a Board member of the Carbon Disclosure Project U.S.; a member of the Forbes Finance Council and Forbes Contributor; and an advisor to Mission Driven Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Martin has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto, provided expert testimony on environmental markets to the U.S. Senate, guest lectured at multiple business schools, consulted to major corporations on sustainability and impact-related matters, and been an invited speaker, published writer and contributor via television, print, social media and conferences throughout his career.

The conversation with Martin will be facilitated by John Meyers, Board Chair for ICF. The last 15 minutes will be open Q&A.

ICF Members can pre-register at no cost. Non-Members may join for a $15 registration. Membership is available at levels for $25, $50 and $95, learn more. Login instructions for this Zoom videoconference will be emailed after your registration is completed.
